Our cancellation and refund policies are based on our investment in staff and resources. You may cancel your camper's registration and receive a full refund BEFORE June 1, 2020. After that time, you will forfeit your total payment except in the case of a camper's serious illness or injury (with documentation by physician) or the death of an immediate family member. Campers who leave during a camp session for one of these reasons will receive a pro-rated refund. A camper who exhibits emotional, psychological, or behavioral conditions that are disruptive to the program or harmful to him/herself, or who uses illegal drugs, alcohol, or tobacco, may be dismissed with no refund.
To request a refund, you must submit a letter to our email address, outlining the reasons for cancellation and provide appropriate documentation within 30 days of your cancellation. The camp leaders will send a decision about your refund request via mail by the last week of August 2020.
