My Nerdy Life
Evelyn

“Professor Linh!” gasped Nick. “What is it Nick?” asked Professor Linh. “The students have picked up terrible news, and we need you to come over to confirm what we picked up is true.” Professor Linh took no hesitation to follow Nick to the laboratory. When they reached the laboratory the students parted way for the professor. When he reached the radar signal he guffawed. “Call the news,” he said, “And tell them to broadcast that the sun will blow up in 999,999 years. Although that is a long time, we still need to prepare for it in case something happens. Tell construction workers to build tunnels and homes deep underground for the explosion. All families should prepare for the explosion so that their future generations have provisions.”

As they stepped up to the dock it made a hissing noise.
"It's OK kids," the four siblings' uncle reassured them.  All of the four siblings were going on a boat trip for two weeks.  This was set up to calm a nasty war that they had been in for one month between all four of them.  It had gotten so bad that they had to send the kids to four different homes, and they still would call each other and disrupt the calmness of the temporary home.  Now after one week of separation the kids were brought together for a soothing boat ride for two weeks.  Their uncle was there to keep peace through the whole thing and keep it moving.
